-The only place where success comes before work is in the dictionary.I am really happy to associate myself with Tirumala Engineering College as its founder Principal. It gives me an overwhelming emotion for being the witness of this institution’s astounding transformation and breakthrough from a remote rural novice institute to one of the best engineering colleges of Andhra Pradesh. I still remember the days of inception where a group of five hardworking, devoted, and self disciplined entrepreneurs established with an utmost vision of providing quality oriented, disciplined and value added education to the region, from where they have set up their journey, as a token of gratitude.
If the entire institution envisions the same dream, that would be the greatest boon of any organization. Starting from the Management all the personnel of our college has the same. Our vision is to run an Academic Institution which can provide quality education to students that can not only impart knowledge and values in the younger minds but also to convert the normal rural folk into a matured human, above all to make them employed. It gives me an immense pleasure for being a part of it.
The college is located in a spacious, eco-friendly environment situated in Jonnalagadda, near Narsaraopet which is connected to all the important towns of Andhra Pradesh. Amazing infrastructure, well equipped laboratories, tidy class rooms, parental care and impeccable facilities in hostel, gymnasium with healthy amenities, application of solar power system in the entire campus, mineral water facility and an enormous collection of knowledge centre (library) make TIRUMALA the student's perfect choice.
Tirumala encompasses highly qualified and well experienced faculty members. In each department doctorates with sound publication record and faculty who are pursuing doctorates with vast knowledge and experience rendering their services to students. Various cells viz. skill development cell, entrepreneurship cell, women empowerment cell, Research & Development cell have been established in the campus for promoting all round development of not only the students but our faculty.
It is aware to all of us that “Time is democratic” and one should know the effective utilization of it. We feel proud to deliver that even in a time of pandemic, where everybody was in a situation of keeping themselves back at home, organized various National level faculty development programmes, webinars, guest lectures, seminars by inviting renowned resource persons from IIT’s and NITs in virtual mode.
We identify that our students are our prized possessions. They made us proud in all the required endeavors like academics, sports, cultural activities and Placements. The remarkable accomplishment in the consecutive 3 years in placements with 436, 493 and 578+ elevates the level of the institution. Our students enhanced their standard from getting a placement to the level of providing the same by focusing on entrepreneurial skills.
The holistic approach of the institute stimulates a paradigm shift towards ‘Global education’, innovation among students by inspiring fresh perceptiveness, creative thinking and firm conviction to achieve true success.
