The Training Programmes have been divided into 2 categories.
One of the unique practices of our institution is providing in-house training from II year onwards. To cope up with the standards of external training, students need a strong foundation on the concepts of Verbal Ability, Communication Skills, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning. BY keeping this in view, a team of experts train the students from II year and act like a bridge between external training & the company.
External Training:
After getting the essential rudimental input from the in house trainers, to get acquainted with the company’s requirements, students will be introduced to external training partners from the corporate. An assessment test will be conducted to students and selected ones of that test be provided training in the modules of Technical Concepts like Data Structures, DBMS, JAVA, PYTHON & C. Besides, students will be provided company specific training in the modules of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning and Verbal Ability. As a continuation to this, after getting qualified in the written test and shortlisted for the next rounds, external trainers provide training in Group Discussion and conduct Mock Interviews to students for getting command over the concepts.
We are delighted to introduce our external training partners, whose contribution towards our beloved students’ achievement is invaluable.

“Rome was not built in a day”. Unless there is a strategic route map it is difficult to achieve success in placements. By keeping this in view, specific training activities are designed for III year students. Being the students who are next in the race of placements, they need proper guidance and practice.
Hence to make this happen and to enhance the communication ability of the students, rigorous practice sessions have been arranged on Group Discussions, Mock Interviews and JAM Sessions from 3:40 to 5:00 p.m.
Their progress and attendance will be thoroughly monitored by the respective mentors and proper feedback will be suggested.
